As a Field Technician, you'll be part of the crew delivering high-end painting, epoxy flooring, and concrete polishing services. This is a hands-on role that requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols. No industry experience is required, we provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and clean worksites to meet safety and quality standards.
  • Assist with the installation of commercial/industrial coatings and finishes.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
  • Follow company uniform, safety gear, and job site protocols at all times.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor on all job sites and with all customers.


Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior labor or construction experience is helpful but not required; we will train.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and handle varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.


Compensation

  • Full time position
  • Competitive salary at $16 to $18, depending on experience.
