McCord Contractors, Inc.

Business Development Manager

Lead Growth. Build Relationships. Drive the Future.

Are you a natural connector who thrives on building long-term relationships rather than chasing one-off sales? At McCord Contractors, Inc., we're seeking a Business Development Manager who can be the face and voice of our brand, someone who can tell our story, connect with the right clients, and open doors to opportunities that will shape our future growth.

Founded in 1987, McCord Contractors, Inc. is a trusted commercial and industrial contractor specializing in painting, epoxy flooring, and concrete polishing. Built on our core value of TRUST, we've earned a reputation across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia for delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results. Our mission is simple: Deliver high-end results and service, making every job a referral.

Your goal will be to expand McCord's presence by cultivating strategic connections, identifying growth opportunities, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at every touchpoint.
