As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in scheduling, logistics, documentation, and communication between the office, crews, clients, and subcontractors. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and ready to support our project managers while keeping operations efficient and clients informed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage crew schedules and track project start/end dates, inspections, and mobilizations.
  • Confirm deposits, call customers to verify dates, and send morning emails with schedules and safety notes.
  • Coordinate subcontractor schedules, material deliveries, rentals, and permits/inspections.
  • Ensure JobTread has complete contracts and forms before job starts; monitor logs, receipts, and time entries for accuracy.
  • Review and approve invoices and receipts; assist with job cost tracking and budget reviews.
  • Act as liaison between office, field crews, and clients; provide schedule updates and progress reports.
  • Support operations with mobilization details, small equipment scheduling, warranty items, and company/safety meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, documentation, or project coordination (construction industry preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with software tools (Outlook, JobTread, Microsoft Office).
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation&Benefits

  • Full-time position.
  • $25/hour starting pay, based on experience.
